Currently, we only ship within the United States (excluding U.S. territories). We're working on expanding our delivery to international locations and U.S. territories soon!
Orders usually ship within 1–2 business days. Estimated delivery time for the 48 contiguous U.S. states is 3–7 business days. For Alaska and Hawaii, shipping can take up to 7–12 business days.
We offer FREE standard shipping to the 48 contiguous United States and flat rate shipping to Alaska and Hawaii. The term contiguous United States refers to the 48 U.S. states located on the North American continent south of the U.S. border with Canada, plus the District of Columbia. The term excludes the states of Alaska and Hawaii, and all off-shore U.S. territories and possessions, such as Puerto Rico.

All products are made to order and typically ship the next business day (though processing can take up to 3 days).

USA Orders: Shipping usually takes 3–5 business days, depending on your location. A flat rate of $3.99 applies to the first item, with an additional $1.99 for each extra item in the order.
International Orders: Shipping typically takes 10–30 business days, depending on your location. A flat shipping rate applies to all international orders and varies by destination.
Our flat rate shipping to international locations is as follows:

International Orders: Shipping usually takes 10–30 business days, depending on your location (Canada orders typically arrive within 5–10 business days). A flat shipping rate of $2.50 applies to all international orders.
Shipping Methods
All shipping is handled via USPS, UPS and FedEx. The quickest and most efficient method is selected based upon the order contents and the destination. If you have any special shipping instructions, please include them in the "order notes" or send us an email.
Guaranteed Shipping
We can only guarantee what is in our control. We place our faith and trust in our shipping providers, but cannot guarantee their performance. Once a package has left our facility, we are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier.
Unclaimed Packages
We do not accept any responsibility, nor will we issue any refunds for packages not claimed. We are also not responsible for package deliveries affected by an invalid or old address provided at the time of purchase by the customer.
If the tracking information indicates that a package was delivered or that a Postal Carrier attempted to deliver the package and/or left notification, it is the buyer's responsibility to follow up with the carrier and collect their package before it is returned. If the package is returned to us unclaimed, the items may be refunded minus the shipping and handling charges. Further, any additional shipping charges levied by the carrier for return costs will be deducted from the refund.
Please make certain that you are shipping to a secure location as we will not process refunds or re-deliver once the tracking shows delivery confirmation.

IMPORTANT: We want you to receive your order as quickly and efficiently as possible. We take up to 2 business days to dispatch an order. After an order has been shipped, it normally takes between 3 to 30 business days to arrive (depending upon the item and the destination). Once an item enters the shipping process, all inquiries regarding shipping will be directed to the responsible carrier (USPS, UPS, etc.).
