Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at support@lovelylittlehouse.com. We will get back to you in 1 to 2 days with the details on how to proceed with your return request. 

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Sorry, we do not reimburse return shipping charges. Proper handling and packaging is the responsibility of the recipient.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately at support@lovelylittlehouse.com if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Please ensure that you do so within the first 30 days of receiving the damaged product. We will get back to you within 1 to 2 business days and do our best to help you out.

Exceptions and non-returnable items

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Digital download items don’t accept returns, exchanges or cancellations. However, please contact us about any problems with your order.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

It should be noted that we process returns only within the first 30 days of our customers receiving the products.

Cancellations and Changes

You can place an order cancellation or change request by contacting us at support@lovelylittlehouse.com

It should be noted that only orders that have not been shipped out at the time of placing the request will be eligible for cancellation or change.

We will get back to you regarding your order cancellation or change request within 1 to 2 business days.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
