Which of Lovely Little House's display shelves fits my kid's toys?
We currently have two models: Classic House or Small Castle.
The Small Castle fits smaller toys as it has smaller compartments. The Classic House has larger compartments, so it fits larger toys.

What if none of Lovely Little House's display shelves fits my kid's toys?

What methods of payments do you accept?
Lovely Little House currently accepts PayPal transfers and Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Diners Club and Discover credit or debit cards (no PayPal account needed). For more information, visit our Payments help page.
Are my personal details safe? Is your site secured?
Yes. Our store is powered by Shopify and our payment processor is PayPal. Both of which use the latest technology to ensure your data is secured.
I ordered an item listed as “pre-order.” When will it arrive?
Pre-ordered items are not available to ship at the time of purchase. Pre-orders will be fulfilled once the item arrives in stock. Shipping timelines on pre-orders are detailed in the product description. Note that unless otherwise noted, any order that includes a pre-order item will not ship until all items are available.
Shipping and delivery dates on these items are not guaranteed unless otherwise noted. Details regarding delays are communicated as soon as possible.
Where do you ship to?
At the moment, we only ship within the United States. Although, we are hoping to deliver to international locations soon!

What is the estimated delivery date of my order?
We take up to 2 business days to dispatch an order. After an order has been shipped, it normally takes between 3 to 7 business days to arrive (depending upon the item and the destination). You will receive your order within 5 - 9 business days of placing it.
I need to change the delivery address. How can I do that?
If your order has not already been dispatched we can update your address, just send us an email at email@example.com and we will do the needful.
How much does shipping cost?
Standard shipping is free to the 48 contiguous United States. Flat rate standard shipping is available to Alaska and Hawaii. For more information, read our Shipping Policy.
Is there an option for express delivery?
We do not directly offer this service, however, you can opt for this service at additional costs by dropping us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org
Do you guarantee shipping?
We can only guarantee what is in our control. We place our faith and trust in our shipping providers, but cannot guarantee their performance.
How can I track my order?
Once your order is dispatched you will receive your shipping confirmation, plus tracking details for your order to your email address.
What to do if I'm unable to locate my package?
If your tracking number states that your package was delivered, but you are not able to locate the package on your property, please review the list below for helpful tips:
- Check the tracking number to confirm that the package was delivered to your address and not a nearby Access Point.
- Confirm that there are no activity log updates on the tracking number that state the item was returned to the sender.
- If you live in a house, check around your property thoroughly. Couriers will occasionally leave items in a discreet area to minimize the risk of package theft. It is often also helpful to check with neighbors.
- If you live in a building with a concierge/mail room, confirm with them that they do not have it.
- File a claim with the shipping carrier.
If you are still unable to locate the package after completing the above checks, please reach out to email@example.com, noting that after completing these checks, you are still unable to locate the package. Please be sure to include your order number and the tracking number of the shipment that is missing.
Once an item enters the shipping process, all inquiries regarding shipping will be directed to the responsible carrier (DHL, UPS, etc.)
How do I return my order?
You can place a request to return your order within 30 days of receiving it. To start a return, you can contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
We will get back to you in 1 to 2 days with the details on how to proceed with your return request. Only products that are in their original condition with the packaging provided will be accepted. For more information, read our Returns and Refunds Policy.
Can I change my order?
Yes, you can change your order if your original order has not been shipped. If your order is out for delivery, you will not be permitted to change it.

Can I cancel my order?
Yes, you can place an order cancellation request by contacting us at firstname.lastname@example.org
It should be noted that only orders that have not been shipped out at the time of placing to request will be eligible for cancellation.
We will get back to you regarding your order cancellation within 1 to 2 business days.
Can I exchange my order?
Unfortunately, we do not accept exchanges. Instead, you could place a request to return your order and can then place a subsequent order.
It should be noted that we process returns only within the first 30 days of our customers receiving the products.
When will I get my refund?
If you have returned your order, once we receive the order and inspect it we will initiate a refund.
If you have placed a cancellation request, as soon as your request is approved, a refund will be initiated.
In both cases, after initiating a refund you will receive your refund within 5 to 7 days on the same payment method.
What do I do if I receive a broken item or the wrong product?
